0.4.3 Combat Rebalance, Vore, and misc testing (Update 3!)


We are reworking how damage and element types are calculated in the game!

    • We are hoping combat plays fun and snappy at higher levels
    • Things might feel overtuned/undertuned as we iron it out
    • Please let us know your feedback
  • Testing some improvements to the Vore route
    • Gigi can be eaten at 2 points
    • A few more npcs to make triggering the route better
    • The Devourer will speak to you when it triggers
  • Testing out a new quest in Spore Village to make Mushroom Risotto for Kariarashi.
    • Should be fully playable
    • Can turn into Karia for quest progress
  • Breathing animation should be back in scenes that had it
  • Inflated now has you float in the water rather than float over
  • Lot of little stuff for the big patch notes
  • Gally has some new immobile art if you want to try her out
    • She wont appear in the main game till a later patch though


Update 1

  • Tuned combat some more
  • Added quest in the forest home path
    • Not fully finished with cutscenes and dialogue, but its playable

Update 2

  • Toned down damage a lot :P 
  • Fixed issues with abilities that size up everyone.
  • Updated Sporella fight to trigger her Growth and Puff Up abilities more

Update 3

  • More balance changes
  • New skills for Jill and Mari from level 10 - 20
  • New skill animations
  • Finished cutscenes for the witches quest
    • New dungeon added after as well
  • Updated Chubb Town and the Inn
  • Updated some areas with new tilesets

Update 4

  • Fixed issues with opening the cave door
  • Fixed tileset issues
  • Updates more tilesets
